Shipping info for the mannequins heads:
Lady M Mannequins complies with the shipping conditions of our fulfilment partners. You can order multiple items at a time, but due to package dimension limitations of certain couriers, some orders may require each item to be shipped individually with its own tracking number. [Eg. If you order 3 mannequins heads and depending on the available courier at the time, you may receive 3 boxes instead of 1 large package that contains all items].

Standard shipping UK & EU: 10-15 Business days.
Standard shipping USA: 10-15 Business days. Expedited Shipping USA: 3-8 working week days.
Standard shipping Canada: 10-25 Business days. Expedited Shipping Canada: 5-10 Business days.

General Shipping Info
Standard processing time is between 2-4 business days, Monday through Friday 8am to 3pm (GMT+8). We do not process on the weekends or holidays. Please note that processing times are NOT included in the delivery time.
We ship directly to you from our fulfilment warehouses located in China.
Kindly note that if inaccurate or incomplete addresses are provided, or if there are unverified details with your order, it may delay processing. We encourage all customers to thoroughly review their shipping and billing information prior to checking out to ensure any possible delays are avoided.
While we cannot be held responsible for delays, products lost or damaged in transit due to the performance of the carriers, we will do our best to assist you and make inquires on your behalf.
Customs or duty fees incurred during the import of your purchase are not associated with Lady M.
Your package may or may not require a signature. Depending on the country of destination, some packages are delivered to the mailbox or front door of the address provided, however, it is up to the delivery courier to decide if the package is safe being left in the open. If they deem it unsafe, they will hold the package at a local post office or re-schedule another delivery. Our best recommendation is to input a shipping address where you know you or someone else will be available to accept the package (eg. a work address or address of a family member).
All of our shipments include tracking with delivery confirmation. It is essential to note that if your tracking link reads "label created" for several days, it does not mean that the package in not in transit. On your end you will receive the tracking number for the final mile courier that only starts to show you updates and a delivery ETA after the package has cleared customs and been collected by them.
Packages marked delivered but not received: If your package is marked as delivered but not personally received, then there may be several reasons for this that could include delivery to one of your neighbours or a receiver in your household or business surroundings. If that is not the case, you may want to contact your local post offices or couriers in order to investigate this issue. We cannot be held accountable to replace items where tracking information states the package has been delivered to your order address.
